I’ll gather materials that can help you ease your way through this journey.

  • My goto playlist to soothe the mind=> Kora on TIDAL
  • Take a walk (parc, forest, the greener the better)
  • Water! Water represents emotions. As an element, it has cleansing properties and a vivifying side. Use it to release or act the change you want in your mind. Drink a lot of water(from fruits also).
  • Take your cute self swimming sea /river/ it helps to release and recharge.
  • Selfcare: massage, dancing, yoga etc.
  • Food! That’s an essential one, folks. I won’t tell you to go vegan but pay attention to what you eat and why you eat what you eat (coping mechanism?). You want to ease and support your way through this healing, so if your body is full of processed food… That won’t do. Think of the body as your temple. So for it to flourish, you must give it a proper offering. 
  • Try new things ( travel, new hobby etc.)
I think you get it. Move, take care of yourself, eat right, drink water, and mind your business. That will do!
