This chapter is looking in the mirror and describing what you see. No judgment here, act like you are the court reporter and just write what you see.

You are going to describe yourself. This is not something you are going to show to anyone. It’s for your eyes only

  • List all of your fears
  • Describe your environment (social/ family/work)
  • List all of your recurring habits(coping mechanism, addiction or not)
  • Also, write that particular thing that happened to you when you were a kid

e.g., John Doe, 33, afraid of spiders. Like to go partying, heavy drinker and smoker. Was abducted by aliens when he was 7. Since then, has had anxiety and does not like his body. Stole someone’s wife, had an abortion, stole some money. Has a high-paying job, but stressful and blablabla.

The goal is to list down key points that could describe yourself now. By doing this, you are shifting the focus point from the doer to the observer.

This can trigger you. You might cry… but let it out and keep writing. When you are done, you will be able to see the main patterns at work in your life and take action. If you need help with that, I have gathered some material here (Self Kit )
